I feel that many of us have family recipes that have been passed down for generations, and I tried to think about if someone wanted me to change them to meet their wants. The more I thought about it, the more I realized there was no way I would change my grandma's fried chicken, cream corn, or yeast roll recipes and techniques for someone else! At the same time, I think his statement is true for so many other aspects of our lives.
